This is Cassidy James McCall and Ryder Hadley’s story.

Cassidy is going through a lot of difficult situations and is back in town to get away from everything and to have Christmas with her cousins. She is worried about seeing Ryder again since she had pushed him away years ago to pursue her music career. They way they got reacquainted was priceless. It was so funny.

This is a sweet and heartfelt romance. If Molly, Ryder’s daughter, have anything to do with it Cassidy and Ryder will get back together. But they have a lot to work through since she hurt him years ago.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Doctor Orders Christmas (Christmas Town Book 4) by Ginny Baird
This is Kurt Christmas, Christmas Town doctor, and Savannah Livingston’s story.

I love this series. Kurt and Savannah have a history. Their path’s cross again since Savannah is in Christmas Town for a short time. There is definitely chemistry still between them. Will they be able to have a second chance at love or is it too late? Will they be able to ignore the magic of Christmas Town and Hannah’s special cookies?

A fun and sweet story. I really enjoyed the characters and the magic of Christmas Town. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Only You at Christmas by Ginny Baird
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Only You at Christmas by Ginny Baird is book number two in the Christmas Town series. This is Olivia Livingston and Nick Claus’ story.

This is a sweet, clean, refreshing, and magical romance. A great addition to the Christmas Town series. Christmas Town and the people are so much fun to visit. The animals also provide entertainment too.

Grab a cup of hot cocoa or coffee and escape into the magical world of Christmas Town with Olivia and Nick. Warning! You may get a craving for peppermint, cookies, and milk.

Close to Home: A Sanctuary Island Novel by Lily Everett
This is Tessa and Johnny’s story.

Tessa and Johnny have been married for a long time but it is not your normal marriage. He married Tessa to save her at a time in her life that she needed help. Johnny is gone a lot with his work to where he may be gone for a year or two. When he returns from an undercover job that lasted almost two years he finds out that his wife has left him and has divorce papers for him to sign.

Tessa has made a good life for herself in Sanctuary Island while Johnny was working undercover. She is surprised when he comes looking for her and wants to save their marriage. Tessa left Johnny because it hurt to much to be married to someone you love and they don’t return that love. There is passion between Johnny and Tessa but will that be enough to save their marriage?

This was an enjoyable romantic read that involved two people working through developing a relationship with some suspense and intense twists a long the way. As I read the story I could feel the characters emotions. Johnny and Tessa both are fighting tragedies and fears from their past. Will they be able to overcome them to take a chance on love? Look forward to Quinn and Marcus’ story. I also love Tessa’s boss and friend Patty.
