Too Close to the Flame by Ryan Taylor
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Too Close to the Flame by Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood is Devin Macadam and Brandon Weber’s story. This is one of my favorite reads and one that I will read again. The characters feel amazingly real and feel like friends.

The authors created a beautiful entertaining story with real characters that covered a difficult subject but did it in an uplifting and caring way. A story of courage, trust, healing and finding that forever love.

Check out Brandon’s courageous journey as a survivor to trust again and find his soulmate. Devin has his own trust issues but was so loving and caring to Brandon. This is one read you don’t want to miss.

The Chrismukkah CrisisThe Chrismukkah Crisis by Ryan Taylor
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Chrismukkah Crisis by Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood is Matt Kensington and Aaron Roth’s story.

Love sometimes happens when you aren’t looking. Matt and Aaron are attracted to one another from when they first met. They just didn’t realize what they would have to sacrifice in order to be together. As you get to know the characters you get a better understanding of why they made the decisions they made. Love is a strong emotion so when you truly love someone you put them first above everything else. I loved how the story also showed respect for different religious beliefs and different holiday traditions. We also get a little update on Liam and John in this read. It’s great to be able to feel the love that the characters have for one another.

Legally Bound (Beyond Courtship #2)Legally Bound by Ryan Taylor
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Legally Bound is book number two in the Beyond Courtship series. This is Liam Macadam and John Lawrence’s continued story.

John and Liam have more obstacles to overcome. But have faith in these two. Their love is so strong and gets stronger after going through these struggles. This story had me crying happy tears and sad tears too. No matter what struggles Liam and John go through you still feel the love and attraction they have for each other. There was a little suspense too that had me on the edge of my seat. I loved this entertaining and emotional read.

What He Really Needs by Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood is Cayo and Ben’s story.

I fell in love with Ben and Cayo from the start. Cayo and Ben felt like I knew them. Their story was so much fun with lots of hot chemistry, a little suspense and mystery, and learning to trust again. This is a heartfelt and sweet romance that I really loved and enjoyed.
