Small Town Love by Susan Meier. This is Evelyn “Evie” Barclay and Paxton “Pax” James’ story.

This was a sweet story with some misunderstands and drama. Despite the chemistry and attraction between Evie and Pax they still are hesitant to take a chance on a relationship. Pax is concerned with raising his daughter, being mayor, and his businesses. Evie is afraid to put her heart on the line. Will these two take a chance on love?

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley/Entangled Publishing for an honest review. “Head over Heels for the Boss” by Susan Meier was well written and the story flowed really well. Isabella (Izzy) ends up working for Devon. She has always had a crush on Devon so this working together is really hard for her. Izzy was very likable. I liked her spunk and determination. At times I really liked Devon but other times he just drove me crazy. I really liked their families and friends. Overall I enjoyed the story.
