I received a copy of this book from NetGalley/Entangled Publishing for an honest review. “His Temporary Fix” by Sofia Grey is the second book in the “Love at the Beach” series. This is Zack and Holly’s story.
Zach is on leave from the military for his sister’s funeral. Holly took a temporary leave from work to come and care for her brother that was in a bad car wreck. Holly and Zach meet and there is instant chemistry between them.
For a short read there was a lot packed into this story. Holly worried that she would miss out on a promotion at work since she was away to care for her brother. Zach was dealing with his sister’s death and family issues. Zach is only on leave for a short time. The chemistry between Zach and Holly was very intense for two people that just met. The reader had no problem feeling the emotions of the main characters. I did enjoy the story but it felt rushed. FYI, contains mature content.
