This is Caitlin Tyler and Shane Hendricks’ story.

Oh my goodness! This is a fun and sexy romance. I fell in love with Caitlin and Shane’s characters. The banter between Shane and Caitlin was so much fun. The supporting characters were a great addition to the story too. Will Caitlin and Shane give in to the hot chemistry between and take a chance on love?

I love how this author incorporates a fun and steamy romance with a touching story. Shane’s group of friends seemed like a great bunch of people to spend time with. A wonderful read and a great way to escape from everyday life that will leave you smiling.

I loved the Chase Brothers series. They can be read as a standalone but you are going to want to read their stories! Another winner by Sarah Ballance. She does a great job of incorporating a steamy romance with humor.

“One Sexy Mistake” by Sarah Ballance is book number five in the “Chase Brothers” series. This is Olivia Patton and Grady Donovan’s story.

Olivia and Grady have a one night stand. The next morning Olivia tries to slip out while Grady is asleep. Well, that didn’t work out for her. Due to an epic snowstorm that has shutdown the city. Olivia is forced to go back to Grady’s apartment. The two are forced to spend time together. They discover that they have amazing chemistry but neither one wants a relationship. Will this amazing chemistry turn into more than a hook-up? Grady and Olivia discover that they are connected through circumstances in their past. Will these circumstances bring them closer or destroy what they have started?

You will love the banter between Grady and Olivia. I fell in love with their characters. Sarah Ballance does an excellent job grabbing your attention from the beginning to the end.

Get comfortable and be prepared for a steamy and funny quick read romance.

This is another great read by Sarah Ballance. This story was funny, sweet, and hot! I couldn’t put it down. I thoroughly enjoyed this story.

“The 48-Hour Hookup” by Sarah Ballance is book number four in the “Chase Brothers” series. This can also be read as a standalone too. This is Liam Chase and Claire Stevens’ story.

Liam and Claire have things that they both are working through. Their first time meeting was so funny. Will they take a chance on love? One thing for sure is there is amazing chemistry between them.

Get cozy and sit back and enjoy Liam and Claire’s story. You will enjoy the addition of Stanley too.

This book is awesome! Once I started reading it I couldn’t put it down. I have read over 130 books this year and this book is one that stands out for me. Sarah Ballance has a unique way of pulling you in and it is an amazing ride!

“The Millionaire’s Gamble” by Sarah Ballance is the story of Jagger Hamilton and Kennedy Price. This book is hot, steamy, funny, and emotional with some surprises along the way.

Kennedy believes that Jagger Hamilton fathered her nephew. She will do whatever it takes to make sure that he takes responsibility for the child. Jagger didn’t father the child but he can use this situation to get what he wants. What he wants is Kennedy in his bed and Jagger always gets what he wants. This time Jagger may get more than he bargained for.

This is one book that you must read. You will not regret it! I absolutely loved, loved this book. I recommend that you check out Sarah Ballance’s other books too. This book is another winner!

Ethan lost his wife who was his childhood sweetheart to cancer. He hasn’t really been living since she died. Ethan avoids relationships to protect his heart.

Rue is a catalog photographer’s assistant and is hoping to travel and photograph wherever her travels take her.

Ethan and Rue’s paths cross. Ethan needs his family to believe that he is back dating. Rue needs a date for a special event. They make a three week arrangement to help each other out. The chemistry between Ethan and Rue is so hot! So, what happens when the three weeks are up?

This is another winner by Sarah Ballance! I love her style of writing. She incorporates a great balance in her stories. The story provides humor, heartwarming moments, love, and passion. I love the cover too!

“For Seven Nights Only” by Sarah Ballance is book two in the “Chase Brothers” series. The book can also be read as a standalone too. This is the story of Kelsie Reed and Sawyer Chase.

Luck is not going Kelsie’s way. She is going to be the maid of honor for her sister’s wedding. The problem is her sister is marrying her ex-boyfriends brother who is going to be the best man. Kelsie feels like a loser and doesn’t want to show up without a date.

Well, Kelsie’s bad luck continues when she has a plumbing problem which is how she meets Sawyer Case. Sawyer not only helps with her plumbing problem, but has agreed to help her become dateable since he is an expert on women. He doesn’t believe in settling down, but loves women. They agree to seven dates with no kissing and she guarantees him that he is not going to get lucky. Well, things don’t always go according to plans and some rules need to be broken.

I love books by Sarah Ballance. She gets your attention right from the start and keeps it throughout the book. This is a fun and sexy romance with lots of humor. FYI, contains mature content. I look forward to the next book in this series or any book by Sarah Ballance.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley/Entangled Publishing for an honest review. “Five Things I Love About You” by Sarah Ballance is the first book in the Chase Brothers series. This book has humor, romance, and sexy scenes. I loved watching the romance of Estelle and Crosby. The pickle juice incident in the grocery store where they met was priceless. All the characters added something to the story. Hell Cat was one of my favorites. I look forward to the other books in the series to see what happens with Crosby’s brothers. This was a fun quick read that I couldn’t put down. A great book to escape from life’s everyday stress. FYI, contains mature content.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley/Entangled Publishing/Entangled Indulgence for an honest review. “One Night With the Billionaire” a “Men of the Zodiac” series by Sarah Ballance. Ryder and Zoe were neighbors when they were growing up. Zoe had a crush on Ryder who was the bad boy. Ryder had a hard life whereas Zoe grew up wealthy and it appears that she is a princess that gets everything. Zoe didn’t realize that Ryder had feelings for her too. Zoe, now a lawyer working for her daddy, is engaged to an up and coming potential political candidate. Then pictures of his affairs goes public. Zoe broke off the engagement and left without telling anyone where she was going. A friend got her a place at this private resort to escape the scandal caused by her now ex-fiance. When Zoe gets to the resort she realizes that the sexy owner of this resort is Ryder. The attraction is still there for both of them but if Ryder gives in to this attraction he can lose everything. The book got my attention right from the start. I really enjoyed both Ryder and Zoe’s characters. The author did a great job of where the reader could feel their emotions especially with Ryder being torn on what to do about his attraction. There is definitely chemistry between Ryder and Zoe. Ryder has this big bad image but is really a sweetheart and a romantic. This is a great read filled with steamy scenes. FYI – this book contain mature content.
