Montana Mistletoe
Montana Mistletoe by R.L. Syme
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley/Hummingbird Books for an honest review. “Montana Mistletoe” by R.L. Syme is book one of the “Granite Peak/Chefs of the West” series. This is a clean romance and a quick read. Gillian Potter is having too many problems to handle at once. One of her problems is the caterer she had to hire at the last minute was her ex: Mason Herrick. This is an okay read for me. There was a lot happening for just a short read.

Fire Away by R.L. Syme
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book for an honest review. “Fire Away” by R.L. Syme gets your attention right away. Aiden was married to Claire’s sister, Jane, until she was killed. Jane’s case had been closed without any closure on whether it was murder or suicide. Aiden and Claire haven’t seen each other in years since her sister’s death until the day he is arrested for her sister’s murder. You will not be able to put this book down as the author takes you through Aiden and Claire’s journey. As you read you think I have figured it out but then the author takes you you in a totally different direction. It was an amazing quick read. This is a really sweet and clean mystery/romance.

About Me

I love to read! Most of my reading is done on my Kindle Oasis but I do read on my Kindle Fire, iPhone, or iPad. I still read actual books too. On average I read 7 or more books a week. I read for pleasure and relaxation. My favorites are romance novels, cookbooks, fiction, or most anything that has a happy ending. I am not compensated in any way for posting my reviews. My reviews are just my opinions, so please take no offense if we sometimes disagree.
