Testing Temptation
Testing Temptation by Maxene Novak
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Testing Temptations by Maxene Novak is book number two in the Mundane Magic series. This is the continuation story of Belle, Colt, and Ruger.

Belle, Colt, and Ruger are in a relationship. No plans have been set for their future. Each one is dealing with their own demons. Will they lose focus on the importance that each one brings to their relationship?

They experience a lot of struggles in this journey. At times I wanted to smack some sense into them. Will they end up walking away or fighting for love? I enjoyed Tassie’s character again in this story.

FYI, includes mature content.

Broken Butterfly: MMF Bisexual Menage Romance
Broken Butterfly: MMF Bisexual Menage Romance by Maxene Novak
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Broken Butterfly by Maxene Novak is book number one in the Mundane Magic series. This is Belle, Ruger, and Colt’s story.

Colt and Ruger had a history. They are friends now but haven’t dealt with the hurts from their past.

Belle is a dancer that had a severe accident. She still has a lot of rehab ahead of her. Belle has trouble walking and isn’t sure if she will ever dance again. She ends up in Anderson, PA where her paths cross with Colt and Ruger.

Belle, Colt, and Ruger are not sure if their relationship will be anything more than friends. This story is about Belle’s physical and mental healing from her accident. Also, Colt and Ruger coming to term with their past issues. I enjoyed their friend Tassie’s character too. Will Belle, Colt, and Ruger take a chance on happiness and love?

FYI, includes mature content.

About Me

I love to read! Most of my reading is done on my Kindle Oasis but I do read on my Kindle Fire, iPhone, or iPad. I still read actual books too. On average I read 7 or more books a week. I read for pleasure and relaxation. My favorites are romance novels, cookbooks, fiction, or most anything that has a happy ending. I am not compensated in any way for posting my reviews. My reviews are just my opinions, so please take no offense if we sometimes disagree.
