You Send Me (Compass Cove, #2)You Send Me by Jeannie Moon
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

You Send Me by Jeannie Moon is book two in the Compass Cove series. This is Jordan Velsor and Nick Rinaldi’s story.

Jordan and Nick both are dealing with emotional struggles in their life. There were a lot of ups and downs. I really liked the characters but they did try my patience at times. An emotional and steamy read.

FYI, contains mature content. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Weekend with Her Bachelor
Weekend with Her Bachelor by Jeannie Moon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

“Weekend with Her Bachelor” by Jeannie Moon is book four in the “Bachelor Auction Returns” series. This can be read as a stand alone, but you get to know more about the town and people of Marietta. I have enjoyed this series and love the town of Marietta. I love Jeannie Moon’s style of writing and is one of my favorite authors. This is Gavin Clark and Ally Beaumont’s story.

Gavin and Ally were best friends in high school. They had a crush on each other but misunderstandings caused them to go their separate ways. Gavin is now an emergency room doctor in Bozeman. He has agreed to be a bachelor for the auction to raise money for a helipad at the Marietta hospital. Gavin is only doing this for his former football coach. His coach’s grandson died from a football injury and might have been saved if Marietta’s hospital was equipped with a helipad. In fact, Gavin was the attending physician on call when a coach’s grandson was flown into the Bozeman hospital.

Ally has her own event planning company in Seattle. She finds out that at a wedding she is planning her ex fiancé will be part of the wedding party. Her ex will be bringing his girlfriend, the one that he cheated on her with. Ally finds out about the auction and decides that she might bid on Gavin. She does want a date for this weekend wedding so she doesn’t have to face her ex alone. This could be a win win for everybody. Ally can try to repair her friendship with Gavin, contribute to a worthy charity, and have a date for the weekend wedding. What could possible go wrong?

This is a great story about second chance romance, friends to lovers, steamy scenes, misunderstandings, friendships, and family are all woven into this wonderful story. Another winner for Jeannie Moon. She gets your attention right away and keeps it thorough out the book.

Until You
Until You by Jeannie Moon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

“Until You” by Jeannie Moon is the story of Kate Adams and David Burke. Kate is a newly divorced school teacher and author. David is a pro hockey star for the Flyers and can have any girl he wants.

It’s Kate’s fortieth birthday and she is alone at a California hotel on the deck wondering how her life turned out like it did. David approaches her and ask her to go out to dinner with him. Kate usually doesn’t take any chances, but she accepts his invitation. They got along really well, have a night of passion, and find out that both live in Philly. Will they see each other again? How will David react when he finds out that she is ten years older than him?

This story is amazing! You have a cougar romance, lots of twists and turns that were unexpected, family dynamics, plus dealing with the press since Kate is a well known published author and David a star on the Flyers pro hockey team. How will Kate feel when she finds out why David asked her out in the first place? Will they be able to find their happily ever after?

Finding Christmas
Finding Christmas by Jeannie Moon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

“Finding Christmas” by Jeannie Moon takes place in a little town called Holly Point. Holly Point sounds like a wonderful place to be, especially at Christmas time. This is the story of former Navy Pilot, Maggie Benson and former NBA player and now local high school coach and teacher, Will Fitzpatrick.

Maggie has returned home after two long years of recovery from a horrible crash. She not only has her physical, but emotional scars to deal with too. Maggie has always been fearless and active. Now, she is not sure what life holds for her.

Will understands that your plans for life can change in a heartbeat. He is very attracted to her when they first meet. Maggie is attracted to Will but feels that she has too many scars, physical and emotional to burden Will with. Will Maggie and Will give them a chance at true love?

The author did a great job of incorporating awareness of the sacrifice that our military people go through in order to keep our country safe without losing the focus on the romance in the story. I liked that the vet was a woman instead of a man.

This is a great story to read during the holidays, wintertime, or anytime. “Finding Christmas” will definitely get you in the mood for romance. Steamy scenes, humor, difficulties that life throws at you, friendships, and family are all woven into this wonderful story. I really enjoyed this book and I also loved the cover. Curl up, get some tissues (for happy and sad moments), fireplace going, cup of coffee or hot tea, and enjoy a heartwarming Christmas romance! I look forward to reading other books by Jeannie Moon.
