This is Professor Galen Elliot and Tara Smyth’s story.
Galen is widowed and raising his daughter. Circumstances make to where he could lose his job and his daughter. He will do anything to keep his daughter, Rikki. This is where his new neighbor Tara comes into the picture. Will Tara be receptive to his plan?
This is a heartwarming, emotional, and steamy read. I really enjoyed how Galen, Tara, and Rikki connected to one another. Tara is quite a bit younger than Galen but she acted much older. The supporting characters were a great addition to the story. There were some surprises too.
