This is William Fawkes and Sierra Barlow’s story.
You could say that William and Sierra met under unusual circumstances. Sierra was in the process of pulling off a robbery. William decided that to keep her from going to jail she could marry him. Marry him? Why? Well, you see William needs to have the controlling vote in his families’ business so his brothers don’t run the business in the ground. This works perfect for William. He gets a temporary wife, controlling vote in his families’ business, and Sierra doesn’t go to jail. Right, well things don’t always go as planned. Plus, Sierra has a secret that she hasn’t told William. Will this secret destroy everything for them?
This book got my attention right from the start. You get great chemistry between William and Sierra, some twists, and lots of humor.
