This is a contemporary romance that is an entertaining read. You will enjoy steamy scenes, humor, missing chef, a ghost and so much more. I loved how the author tied everything together. You will fall in love with Geo and Delphine.
“Unwind My Love” by Iona Findley is book number two in the “Toussaints” series. The book can also be read as a standalone but you will want to read them all. This is hotel general manager Delphine Toussaint and Detective Geo Shaw’s story.
Delphine has just taken over as general manager of her family’s hotel. She is under a lot of stress trying to keep the ratings up as her father had done. Adding to her stress are problems that keep popping up at the hotel. Will she be able to handle everything or will she let her family down?
Geo is on a forced suspension which is driving him crazy. So, when Delphine needs help with problems at the hotel Geo volunteers to help her. Geo and Delphine have known each for years. He is one of her brother’s best friend and partner at the police department. As they spend time together trying to solve Delphine’s problems at the hotel they develop an attraction for each other. Will they take a chance on love?
Get cozy and enjoy Geo and Delphine’s story and get to know the Toussaint family a little more. I also enjoyed Geo’s sister. Maybe we will read her story one day. Looking forward to another Toussaint story.
