I really enjoyed escaping into Harper and Zach’s world. This book included a steamy romance, humor, the good and not so good about living in a small town, and a few surprises along the way.
“Everybody Knows” by Jacie Floyd is book one in the “Sunnyside” series. This is librarian Harper Simmons and Doctor Zach Novak’s story.
Harper has taken a job in Sunnyside, Illinois to revive their library. She is so excited about living in a small town. This is a good time for her to get away from the city. Well, her excitement is not so high now, since the welcome she got wasn’t exactly warm.
Zach’s commitment to the town as their doctor is about done. All he can think about is getting out of this small town.
When Harper and Zach first met their connection was undeniable. Harper and Zach paths keep crossing. The physical attraction between them is getting harder for them to ignore. Will this connection go beyond the physical or will it develop into something stronger?
I was given a copy of his book for an honest review. FYI, includes mature content.
“Everybody Knows” would be a great book to take on your vacation especially to the beach or just to take a break and escape for a little while.
