“Paradise Cove” by Patrice Wilton is book one in the “Paradise” series. I just had to read this book again. It was great! You will love Patrice Wilton’s style of writing. She gets your attention from the start and keeps it through out the story. I love how she incorporates a steamy romance with so much depth to the story. You will fall in love with all the characters.
Book one is cardiac surgeon Sean Flannigan and Kayla Holmes’ story. Kayla is helping her mom and sisters run a seaside resort, Paradise Cove Cottages, in the Florida Keys. When fate lands Sean at the Paradise Cove Cottages Kayla can tell that Sean is hurting or hiding something. Kayla recognizes the pain in his eyes that she experienced when her dad died. Sean has lost his daughter to a rare form of leukemia. He just wants to be left alone. Things don’t always go according to plans. This is a fun ride with so many wonderful things that happen. I was gifted a copy for an honest review.
The next book in this series is out titled “Hooked on You” and this is Kayla’s sister Taylor’s story. I can’t wait to read her story.
