“Jackson’s Trust: A Fourth Down Novel” by Violet Duke. This is the story of sports analyst Jackson Gray and sideline reporter Leila Hart.
Jackson doesn’t do relationships, but is tempted when he meets Leila Hart. Jackson has his reasons for why he doesn’t do relationships, but he keeps that a secret. Leila not only is a great sideline reporter, but is an expert on football. Her career is too important for Leila to risk something with Jackson plus she has her own secrets too. Will the pair be able to ignore the chemistry between them?
I loved this story. The author gets your attention right away and keeps it. There were lots of twists and turns in the book that keeps you on your toes. This is a great story of fun and flirty romance, secrets and hurts, steamy scenes, and such depth to the characters. I look forward to reading other books by Violet Duke.
