I received a copy of this book from Netgalley/Entangled Publishing for an honest review. “Malibu Betrayals” by MK Meredith could have been a really good book. To me the book just drug on. Samantha Dekker’s husband, Ethan, was unfaithful and was verbally abusive to her. Ethan was in a bad car wreck that disfigured him. Ethan committed suicide. Samantha has been trying to get her life back. Samantha and Gage have a history and end up meeting again. Gage and Samantha are attracted to each other but both are dealing with trusts issues. Will they be able to trust enough to give them a chance? There is also a mystery thrown in too. The story was good but just didn’t flow.
